We ship all parcel orders using DPD for a fast and dependable service. All order large enough to be palletized are sent via JMC. A flat £10 delivery charge applies to all orders, which is fully inclusive of carriage, customs and duty, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Once your order has been dispatched, For all parcel orders you’ll receive a tracking email directly from DPD so you can follow the progress of your delivery from our warehouse to your door. For orders large enough to be palletised, tracking may have to be manually requested from our sales office if required.
Orders are delivered within 2 – 3 working days upon dispatch. If you have any questions regarding shipping or tracking, our team is happy to help.
